1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Color Memorymobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App worldwide.

2. About the App

Color Memory is a mobile game developed and published by CIC Arts. The App is a color-based memory challenge game designed for entertainment purposes on Android and iOS devices.

3. License to Use

CIC Arts grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• ✕Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ✕Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• ✕Attempt to extract the source code of the App
• ✕Create derivative works based on the App
• ✕Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content within Color Memory, including but not limited to the game design, graphics, animations, sounds, color schemes, logic, and code, is the exclusive property of CIC Arts and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted only the limited license described in Section 3.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• ✕Use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CIC Arts does not warrant that:

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CIC Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages, even if CIC Arts has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

8. Updates and Availability

CIC Arts reserves the right to:

• ·Push automatic updates to the App on your device
• ·Change features or functionality of the App at any time

We are not obligated to provide updates or to maintain the App indefinitely.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the App. CIC Arts reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately and you must stop using it.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The App is distributed through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. CIC Arts is not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of those platforms.

11. Children

The App is suitable for all ages. Users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in their country) should have parental or guardian consent before using the App. By using the App, parents or guardians confirm they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on behalf of the child.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CIC Arts operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

CIC Arts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CIC Arts regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
